电箱温湿度控制器显示湿度异常检查步骤
1、请检查控制机房的欠水超温保护器,是否设定在150℃的位置;

2、请检查机房内,管路是否过脏,造成水流不顺;
2. Please check whether the pipes in the machine room are too dirty to cause water flow disorder.
3、请检查上水箱是否有水,若无水,再检查下水箱是否有水;
3. Please check whether there is water in the upper tank, and if there is no water, then check whether there is water in the lower tank.
4、请检查是否湿度部份的固态继电器烧毁短路:若加热器未烧毁,请使用三用电表交流电压档,电压档位开到600伏特的位置,将红黑棒分别放在线号标注为H的那一颗固态继电器交流两侧,将湿度部份的湿度设定值设置0%,此时湿度部份的固态继电器的指示灯不会亮起,若量测的电压值没有变化,维持在10V以下代表固态继电器烧毁呈现短路状态。或先将湿度部份设定值设为0%,再看机房内加湿桶是否水在煮沸状态。
4. Check if the solid state relay of the humidity part burns out short circuit. If the heater is not burned out, please use three-meter AC voltage pad. The voltage pad is opened to 600 volts. The red and black rods are placed on the AC sides of the solid state relay marked H. The humidity setting value of the humidity part is set at 0%, so that the humidity of the humidity part is set at 0%. When the humidity part of the solid-state relay indicator lamp will not turn on, if the measured voltage value remains unchanged, maintaining below 10V represents the solid-state relay burnout presents a short-circuit state. Or first set the humidity part to 0%, and then see if the water in the humidifying barrel is boiling.
