辐射式湿度传感器利用一定温度物体的热辐射原理
辐射式湿度传感器利用一定温度物体的热辐射原理制成的,辐射能随物体温度的变化而变化。在应用辐射式温度传感器检测温度时,只需把传感器对准被测物体,不必与被测物体直接接触,属于非接触测温。
Radiation humidity sensor is made of the principle of thermal radiation of a certain temperature object. The radiation energy varies with the temperature of the object. When using radiation temperature sensor to detect temperature, the sensor only needs to be directed at the object under test, and it does not need to be in direct contact with the object under test. It belongs to non-contact temperature measurement.
它不会破坏被测对象的温度场,可测量运动物体的温度和小的被测对象的温度;传感器或热辐射能探测器不必达到与被测对象同样的温度,测温上限不受传感器材料熔点的限制;属于被动式温度测量(即无须电源);检测时传感器不必和被测对象达到热平衡,响应时间短,检测速度快,适于快速测温。
It does not destroy the temperature field of the object under test, and can measure the temperature of moving object and small object under test; sensors or thermal radiation detectors do not need to reach the same temperature as the object under test, and the upper limit of temperature measurement is not limited by the melting point of sensor material; it belongs to passive temperature measurement (i.e., no power supply); sensors do not need to be detected. It is suitable for fast temperature measurement because of its short response time and fast detection speed.
